I have read that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have a bed that can fit their entire family, which, as all of us know, is rather the brood. This seems like a good deal of kicking to me, but I must admit that the idea of an additional large bed has always sounded lavish. To that note, I have collected a few images of Houzz beds that seem deliciously roomy. What does everyone think? Can you indulge in a super broad bed?

I bet it could have a whole 10 minutes to roll across this bed. When your bed is so large, it’s best to keep the remainder of furnishings at a minimal so the space doesn’t feel crowded.

A common thing I have noticed is pushing two double beds together. This is likely the most economical way of creating an additional large bed since you skirt the expense of a custom build.

1 way to get around an early morning kick in the shins: The extra-large bed created from two doubles, each having its own set of linens. Okay, perhaps you can not extend your legs to Timbuktu in this version, but you and your partner can still sleep”together” while still on your own spaces.

Long, narrow spaces are fantastic for beds that are extra. I can see lots of lazy Sundays with cheesy Lifetime movies happening within this setup.

Custom made beds or two doubles are definitely not a fact for everyone, but have no fear: There are standard sizes (believe California king) which are still fairly huge. I could sink into this bed just fine, thank you.

What beats a huge bed? A huge bed with a perspective. Sign me up.

Another one! Sigh. Where do these people live?

Note: Big beds shouldn’t always be contemporary. This conventional bed is spacious, inviting and cozy. I am imagining Sunday mornings with the paper, a cup of coffee and a gold retriever curled at the base of the bed.

If I had been going to wake up to these serene setting each morning, there could simply be no getting out of bed. I love the classic take on this big bed; coupled with chandeliers, this chamber is scrumptiously enchanting.
