For those who read my website, you probably were expecting an ideabook all about cloth, right? I guarantee one in the future, but this month I thought it would be fun to compile a product listing that would coincide with the American Independence Day holiday. These things are made by United States manufacturers and, probably, you already use a number of them into your dwelling.
I will confess it was a challenge to sort businesses which produce 100 percent American-made product with American raw materials, from American-owned makers. American made can mean unique things, but what it all boils down to is that the entrepreneurial spirit is alive and quite likely thriving on your Hometown USA! — Ellen of Nouveau Stitch
Weber Performer Grill – $349.95
I can not get over how adding a fun color to a rather pedestrian object can leave it a must-have! As soon as I saw this wonder at my local C&B I knew we were destined to be together. I think even the food tastes better cooked on this grill! Made in the USA (Illinois) by Weber Grills.
Manchester Wood: American Made Furniture
Solid Wood Adirondack Chair from Manchester Wood – $239.95
A book, a glass of iced tea and an Adirondack chair epitomize summer for me. Obviously if you throw at a pond and a cabin I’d probably never move until the mosquitoes transported me off. Crafted in New York and Vermont for more than 30 Decades.
Wood Bag – $34.50
I am always watching for something which can serve dual purposes, and also this heavy duty bag does exactly that. Strong construction and American-made in North Carolina.

Oscar de la Renta Greek Key Chest
In the Oscar de la Renta collection, this Greek Key chest in fern speaks volumes about the romance of color and pure pleasure in style. I’d easily choose this piece for the style alone, however, the color absolutely takes it to the next level. Glorious! Produced in Hickory, NC since 1947.
6 Piece Set Kit. Store
Not a day goes by I do not have a dab of something that has to be stored for later or packaged in a lunch. These crystal clear glass containers using BPA-free lids fit the bill well. All-Clad Pizza Set – $125
Ever since I learned a pizza stone is the very best way to cook breads and pizzas, I have been on the lookout for something a bit more glamorous than the run-of-the-mill shop brand rock. All-Clad’s variant, with a carrying tray and pizza cutter, fits the bill. I love an advanced, American-made product!

If it is time to replace my microwave, I’ll be eying this sleek, built-in model. I love the clean lines and that it fades into the cabinetry without drawing unnecessary attention to itself.
